Arbor Vitae is a proprietary agentic AI system used by deal teams and diligence experts to assess solar, wind, battery storage, and traditional energy assets. It reviews the technical engineering, the financial structure, the legal position, the environmental performance, and the fit with the buyers.

Arbor Vitae deploys either as a back-end to diligence firms — extending their capacity — or as a first-pass diligence system for buyers, with findings then confirmed by experienced in-house specialists or the buyer's selected consultants.

Each assessment produces structured findings with full source citations and confidence levels — usable for investment committee, lender diligence, regulatory submission, or contract negotiation.

How we work

Every project is scored across six dimensions. Each dimension has a defined methodology, structured outputs, and an audit trail. The combined result is an asset assessment that institutional buyers, lenders, and regulators can rely on.

Each dimension is delivered by a specialist AI Agent, calibrated against benchmark transactions.

Technical
How much energy the project produces, how reliably, and how long it will last. Resource modelling, equipment review, grid connection, performance over time.
Financial
Does the project make money. Revenue from contracted and market sales, costs over the asset lifetime, returns to investors and lenders.
Legal
Clean title, valid planning consent, durable contracts, no surprises. Land, permits, grid connection agreements, offtake contracts, change-of-control terms.

Founder

Founded and led by Anna Halpern-Lande.

Anna Halpern-Lande has invested in renewable energy infrastructure for two decades — solar, wind, and battery storage projects across the United Kingdom, Italy, Morocco, and the Caribbean. She founded Arbor Vitae Group Limited in April 2026 to extend that investment practice into an independent diligence system.

The firm is built around the idea that asset assessment in renewable energy is becoming more important, not less, as the buyer base broadens from utilities and corporates to AI computing operators, and as new reporting and verification requirements emerge from regulators on both sides of the Atlantic.

Arbor Vitae's intellectual property includes three provisional patent applications in preparation, planned trademark registrations, and methodology documents being prepared for publication.
